JAYCOMMAND powered by BMPRO is a Smart RV System specially designed for Jayco USA and starting from 2019, is installed in such Jayco RV models as Northpoint, Pinnacle, Seismic, Eagle TT, Talon and HL Ridge.

The JAYCOMMAND sleek, wall-mounted console allows you to monitor and control multiple RV functions, all from one convenient location in your RV. Alternatively, the user-friendly, easy-to-understand app can be downloaded directly to your mobile device and brings the same RV information to your fingertips.
Using the latest technology in Bluetooth and CAN Bus, such as the RV-C system developed by the RVIA, the smart RV system enables integration of further monitoring functions such as TPMS, propane tank monitors, open/close sensors and more at a later stage.
The JAYCOMMAND Controller is set up to automatically receive app updates and will automatically update whenever a new release is available.
To allow this to happen, make sure that you are:
1. Connected to the internet.
2. Logged into your Google account.
If you do not have a Google account, you can create one.
You can clear the JAYCOMMAND Node’s memory of all paired devices if you have a Controller in your system.
Clearing the Node memory will also clear the pairing between the Node and Controller. After clearing, the Controller will need to be paired to the Node again.
To clear the Node’s memory:
The wall switch is powered by a standard, 3V lithium cell CR2032 coin battery.
You can check if the battery in the wall switch needs replacing from the JAYCOMMAND App’s General Settings. Open the Battery Levels page in the Settings menu, then press any button on the wall switch you want to check the battery of. The JAYCOMMAND App will refresh with the wall switch battery status.

I Do not recommend is a pain if it don’t turn on your not allowed to do anything it controls you heat/ac, slides, hot water, lights it sucks !!! Nothing but problems
Everything worked fine until the tablet exploded. Finding a replacement is impossible. So now I have this empty space where the tablet should be housed and have to control with my smartphone. Should not be this hard to find a replacement or find someone who can replace it for me.
2021 $100k RV and going to have to buy a new control pad?? Why, no Idea.
Thank God we have the ability to control the AC and etc via the phone App.
I knew when I purchased the RV I would arrive at a day where I just want some old fashion wired switches. Well today is the day. Sad I have to belly up $400-$500 for this fix. Build it to last!
Is there a setting to shut off the beeping everytime you give it a command? It scares the life out of the dog and is very loud.
