I purchased a Thor 2022 compass with BMPRO. The tablet had glitches from day one. It would freeze up or just not work at all requiring a reset. Now it just flashes black to the BMPRO logo. The screen is shot. I called a Thor rep, who wisely and honestly told me to not even bother replacing it. I just use an IPAD that is reliable! It is sad that this poorly working product was put on my rig. I complained bitterly from day one, but no one would acknowledge the node / controller had issues. The first time I was told to take it off the wall and unplug it to reset it, the cheap plastic tabs broke so it never would fit in the holder correctly again. Now that it is out of warranty, the only choice is to replace it or work around it. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
