The user experience of this device is fantastic, very clear and concise about what the system is doing. My van is a 2017 Silverline that I purchased from Brisbane Camperland about 12 months ago. It had no tablet so Camperland provided me a brand new one to make sure my system was complete. From day one I have had a problem with it draining out to 0% and then it becomes useless. Camperland has provided no real support on this device and says t is user error. which i find very hard to believe. If I remove the unit, take into home and charge it up, it goes to 100%, I can then plug it back in to the van and everything is honky dory, until the next morning. Even though the indicator light says it is charging, it just drains down to 0% and turns itself off again, very strange. I have put up with it for 12 months now and just use the app on my phone, but I really do want the system to work as intended. I have found other members in the Jayco Owners Club having similar problems.
