Do I need to return my existing unit?
No. Your existing unit remains yours. Most owners keep it as a spare, and it can be recycled if you prefer.
Will the new unit fit my current installation?
Yes. The replacement shares the same footprint, mounting points and connections as your existing BMPRO unit, so it fits directly into the same location. This is what keeps installation time to a minimum.
Can I install the unit myself?
The upgrade is designed to be DIY-friendly and most owners complete it themselves. Our technical team can talk you through the process, and any qualified auto electrician can carry out the installation if you would prefer.
What does the 25% discount apply to?
Your new lithium-ready power management system, along with any additional BMPRO products purchased in the same order. BMPRO lead-acid and lithium batteries are excluded from the offer.
What warranty is included?
Every replacement unit is supplied with a 2 year warranty.
How long does the process take?
Most upgrade requests are assessed within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your photos.
